Non-Member No Spy Phone Glitch!

Hey guys,
today I was waddling around on my non-member penguin Ozy Haz and I didn't have my Spy Phone!
But when I went into the Everyday Phoning facility it said Welcome, Agent Ozy Haz!

This is one of the MUST FIX glitches!
